In an attempt to better my life (and my body), I am going to attempt to blog my weight loss efforts on this blog. I hope it will benefit someone by showing the struggles of diet and exercise and losing weight, and in return keep me on track by allowing others to view my progress! Hopefully blogging about it will keep me heading in the right direction. I can do this! You can help! I would love to hear your experiences and tips, so post comments often!

Great job in such a short amount of time. Keep it up.
Don't get stressed about the ankle- keep it up and ice it. It will help with the swelling. You don't want to hurt it permanetly. Just take it easy at the gym till it heals. Wear a brace on it for extra protection. Great job Stacey!
