Well, I got up this morning with every intention of going to the gym and taking BodyAttack and BodyPump. After arriving I began Attack and could only make it about 10 minutes. My ankle is just killing me! Then I got on the elliptical and the bicycle and it still hurts doing those! I am not sure what to do! I need to work out hard, but I am limited now with my ankle! Any suggestions on recovery? I dont' know if I sprained it or strained it or whatever, but all suggestions will be appreciated! Uggh!

Does your gym have a pool? If so, water excercise. Our bodies are naturally lighter in the water which helps us get a workout (sometimes a little better than out of the water).
I've been dealing with an ankle pain for the last couple of months...I think it's called "Suz your old"
